DECISIVE ANALYTICS Corporation is looking for a dynamic engineer as an Audio Visual System Programmer in their Media Integration Division (MID). The selected candidate will have knowledge and experience in Audio/Visual design and AMX programming support for a variety of Audio Visual (AV) systems.


Some travel is required for this job.  The majority of work is performed at your home office with some work at customer sites in the DC area and New York City.  Work hours are flexible.  Travel required as needed.  Other site locations may arise in CONUS. This is a full time position. 



  • Plan and develop AMX programming for controlling AV equipment
  • Assist with field logistics, deployment, installations and final commissioning of the systems
  • Create standard operating procedures for non-technical user community
  • Evaluate system designs


  • Experience with AMX Programming Tools
  • Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) audio-visual (installation and design)
  • Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in the audio-visual field designing and programming large-scale AV presentation, visualization, multimedia, video conferencing, and control systems
  • Minimum of an Associate's Degree  
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must have IP and Network knowledge 
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience working with various control methods and protocols (TCP/IP, RS232, etc.)
  • Solid knowledge of audio visual connectivity and signal flow
  • Experience reading wiring diagrams and system design drawings
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must be a US Citizen and have or be able to obtain a DoD security clearance

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • AMX programming Certificate 
  • InfoComm CTS-I, CTS-D
