Overview

DECISIVE ANALYTICS Corporation is looking for a Senior Analyst to provide industry engagement support the DoD Damage Assessment Management Office (DAMO) at the Defense Cyber Crime Center in Linthicum, Maryland.

Responsibilities

Serving as a technical analyst at the Defense Cyber Crime Center, providing specialized analytical services and support services to assist the Government in protection of critical technologies from foreign exploitation. This includes the following:

  • Conducting technical liaison and interaction with forensic examiners and cyber security analysts in order to assess the requirement for conducting damage assessments related to specific cyber intrusion incidents.
  • Providing daily interface with contractors participating in cyber incident damage assessments to ensure understanding of the case requirements, the overall process, additional requirements developed during the analysis, and requests for additional information related to the compromised data.
  • Executing daily coordination with the DC3, and at other facilities as required in the local metropolitan area in order to maintain awareness of all reported cyber intrusions, their technical characteristics, and the need for initiation of cyber incident damage assessments.
  • Supporting the day to day execution of DIB CS voluntary program reporting conducted on-site at DC3 and at other facilities as required in the local metropolitan area, to include: cyber intrusion damage assessments; policy development; inter-agency coordination; process development; identification of affected programs, contracts and technical material; administrative tracking and trend analysis of reporting; liaison with industry and liaison with the Military Department DAMOs.
  • Supporting the day to day execution of DFARS clause 204.252-7012 reporting conducted on-site at DC3 and at other facilities as required in the local metropolitan area, to include: cyber intrusion damage assessments; policy development; inter-agency coordination; process development; identification of affected programs, contracts and technical material; administrative tracking and trend analysis of reporting; liaison with industry and liaison with the Military Department DAMOs.

Qualifications

Minimum of 15 years of total work experience that includes:

  • 10+ years of work experience in program management
  • 3+ years of work experience in defense industry engagement
  • Bachelor’s degree. Graduate degree desired
  • Active DoD Top Secret clearance

Demonstrated ability and expertise with:

  • Defense Industrial Base Cyber Security Policy
  • Military Intelligence
  • Security Management
  • Conducting analysis linking intelligence, acquisition, engineering/technical information. Analytic ability may be demonstrated with any combination of work products and education
