DECISIVE ANALYTICS Corporation (DAC) seeks an energetic, outgoing Recruiter/HR Administrator who will report to the Lead Recruiter and assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations for a fast-paced Recruiting & HR Department. The qualified candidate will be bright, energetic and a quick learner who is eager and has a passion to grow the company through recruiting and HR support.

  • Provide candidate sourcing to locate passive & active candidates for open positions
  • Utilize applicant tracking database to search for candidates, add candidates, post and manage positions
  • Post open positions on job boards and monitor applicants
  • Screen candidates, conduct phone interviews, schedule interviews and conduct reference checks
  • Build relationships and maintain constant communication with candidates
  • Work closely with hiring managers to ensure understanding of position requirements and communicate candidate status
  • May prepare and sign offer letters
  • Research, plan, and attend professional and college career fairs as well as networking events
  • Mange weekly recruiting report and others as needed
  • Responsible for employee in-processing and out-processing, including orientation and record-keeping
  • Provide face-to-face benefits briefings to potential new-hires
  • Educates employees on benefits plans, eligibility, and benefits processes
  • Provides benefits administration and record-keeping on a regular basis
  • Resolves administrative problems with benefits representatives
  • Assists with employee relations and inquiries
  • Maintains employee files and the HR filing system
  • Assists HR Manager with various research projects and/or special projects


  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; the individual identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner and gathers and analyzes information skillfully
  • Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Pro-active nature, assertive and resourceful, while being diplomatic, as required to succeed in a fast-paced HR/Recruiting Department
  • Highly organized and team oriented, with the ability to work independently, meet deadlines, handle multiple tasks, and exercise sound judgment with minimal supervision
  • Ability to adapt to the business needs
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Exercises discretion with confidential information related to the Company and its employees


Security Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain a DoD Security Clearance upon hire
