DECISIVE ANALYTICS Corporation is looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our team in Arlington, VA!


The Contracts Administrator will work as part of our contracts team to provide cradle to grave contract and subcontract administration for our growing base of government and commercial contracts.  The contracts administrator will process and manage new contracts and modifications, complete contract closeouts, and prepare subcontractor Purchase Orders and Change Orders.  In addition, this position will require reviewing and processing agreements such as non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, and other various agreements.  The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for preparing and responding to contractual datacalls for proposals and assisting with the submission of pricing and technical datacalls for proposals.  The position involves frequent interaction with customers, subcontractors/consultants, and senior level managers.  The Contracts Administrator must be highly organized, self-motivated, have a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic work environment. The ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing and prioritize tasking is essential.


  • Cradle to grave contract administration to include processing new contracts, contract briefs, processing modifications, and contract close-outs for all contract types such as GSA, IDIQ, CPFF, T&M and FFP.
  • Cradle to grave subcontract administration to include drafting and sending requests for quotes, performing price analysis, issuing and maintaining subcontracts and purchase orders, sending and processing modifications, and close-outs.
  • Prepare contract briefs, update contract information in the accounting system, and maintain electronic contract files.
  • Prepare responses to contractual and pricing data calls and RFQ's/RFP's and Task Order Proposals.  Assist with collecting and preparing past performance and other proposal related activities.
  • Prepare and review cost proposals ensuring compliance with applicable terms and conditions.
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the Department of Defense supplement to the FAR (DFARS), various other Federal agency regulations implementing the FAR, along with working knowledge and experience referencing and interpreting other Federal regulations related to Federal contracts.
  • Assisting with proposal efforts to include collecting past performance information, editing, data collection, data calls, and drafting basis of estimates.
  • Reviewing, red-lining, and finalizing contract documents to include non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, contract terms and conditions and purchase orders.
  • Participate in contract negotiations and discussions with prime contractors, government contracting personnel, and subcontractors.
  • Perform research to answer contract specific questions from technical personnel and communicate and understand contractual risks.


  • 1-2 Years’ Experience with cradle to grave Contract and Subcontract Administration.  Good working knowledge and experience with Task Order contracting and proposal preparation.
  • BA/BS in a business field or other related degree.
  • Highly organized, attention to detail, and able to work independently
  • Experience with Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to communicate well with Executive level managers, directors, program managers and government personnel. 
  • Secret clearance or eligible to obtain secret clearance
