    DECISIVE ANALYTICS Corporation is looking for a Acquistion Program Manager, Senior to provide support to F-15 Program Office in Dayton, OH.

     

    Provide program management support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Program Executive Officer for Fighters & Bombers Directorate (AFLCMC/WW), F-15 Division.

    Responsibilities

    Duties include, but not limited to: 

    • Apply knowledge and experience in acquisition program management philosophy, policies, and procedures to DoD, AF and sister service systems, subsystems, and equipment procurement activities, including Prime Mission Equipment and Support Equipment, post-award project/program management tasks, and acquisition programs throughout their life cycles. 
    • Manage and organize resources and personnel needed to efficiently and effectively meet the objectives of each task, as well as explore new approaches as applicable within the performance of these tasks. 
    • Assist in producing or reviewing products for program office use that include business case analyses, trade-off studies, estimates for program office acquisition and logistics requirements, written requirements documents for planned acquisitions, and acquisition strategies and plans.
    • Support the program office during Materiel Solution Analysis, Technology Maturation & Risk Reduction, Engineering & Manufacturing Development, Production and Deployment, and Operations and Support phases, to include all associated milestone activities.
    • Prepare, maintain, update, and review the full range of test plans and test-related (T&E strategies, requirements and objectives) documentation for adequacy, specification/performance requirement compliance, conformity with mandatory guidance, and provide recommendations as necessary for improvement.
    • Analyze host aircraft/store compatibility requirements and develop interface control documents for captive carriage and release/launch of Armament Systems in compliance with MIL-STD-1760, MIL-STD3014, MIL-A-8591, and Universal Armament Interface (UAI) protocols.  This involves mechanical, aerodynamic, electrical, logical, and logistical compatibility between US and foreign fighter aircraft, suspension and release equipment, and stores (including their embedded computer hardware and software systems).
    • Experience with aircraft and store electrical power and avionics systems (i.e., seeker, sensors, fire control, mission computer, pilot/vehicle interface, stores management system, GPS, inertial navigation systems, control actuators).  Experience required in establishing and managing of Interface Control Working Groups (ICWGs), development of Interface Control Plans (ICPs), and integration of weapons and carriage systems into the aircraft and/or airborne platform Operational Flight Programs (OFPs). 
    • Management of the development, update, and assessment of proposed changes to mission planning systems such as the Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS) to support the activities necessary to accomplish mission planning for weapon systems.
    • Aircraft integration activities such as Interface Control Working Groups (ICWG), interface management groups, aircraft integration meetings, and aircraft Systems Integration Laboratory (SIL) test activities to ensure an operator’s perspective of aircraft integration and employment are successfully accomplished for weapon and carriage systems

    Qualifications

    • Active Secret Clearance
    • Senior:  10 years of experience and a MA/MS degree
