    Decisive Analytics Corporation is looking for a Lead Senior Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in Arlington, VA! 


    The goal of this work is to advance the DoD supply chain towards precision and reliability. Additionally, to improve supply chain precision and reliability by reducing the level of variability across the five supply chain process areas of Plan, Source, Maintain/Repair, Deliver, and Return. Improvements can be implemented to reduce supply chain. By reducing variability of the supply chain, the DoD will be able to plan with a higher degree of confidence, which can remove a significant amount of reliance on less efficient and herculean efforts such as overly relying on inventory safety stocks and expediting of materiel. 



    • Lead a team of supply chain analysts in the performance of the following tasks:
    • Manage multiple distribution functions including supply chain, logistics planning, distribution center operations, and traffic.
    • Ensure sourcing efforts meet business goals and objectives.
    • Responsible for an integrated flow of materials and services from initial sourcing through production planning and scheduling, as the beginning of a supply chain management business focus.
    • Work with functional leaders to perform analysis and identify areas for performance improvement.
    • Manage and support implementation of strategic initiatives.
    • Manage activities related to global sourcing, supplier selection, product delivery specifications, and quality.
    • Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and material control systems to reduce costs, streamline procedures, and implement solutions.
    • Ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at minimum acceptable levels.
    • Responsible for sourcing and supplying raw materials, utilities and outside services, as well coordinating global procurement efforts.
    • Develop and maintain working relationships with global supply chain partners.
    • Design and implement business metrics to monitor, track, and report sourcing project progress.


    • Minimum of 15 years working within the USN/USMC Aviation communities with a focus on programming and budgeting, NAVAIR operations, NAVSUP weapon system support, Defense Logistics Agency operations, and Depot Supply Chain management.
    • Bachelors degree is Supply Chain Management or related field.
    • DoD Secret clearance required.
    • Experience with the following skill sets:
      • Demand forecasting
      • Inventory management
      • Knowledge of models utilized to determine retail and wholesale spares allowances
      • Knowledge of cataloging and provisioning requirements
      • Operational and industrial supply support

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience of benefit in the following assignments:
      • OPNAV (preferably N41 or N98)
      • NAVAIR
      • NAVSUP WSS Philadelphia (preferably Operations N98)
      • DLA (headquarters or subordinate commands)
      • FRC, Type Commander, or Fleet supply chain oversight and management
